Our Rock Electric Team

The People Make the Team. And, Our Team Sets Us Apart.

Patrick Rasmussen

General Manager

I’ve been an electrician for almost 20 years with over 50,000 hours invested. Learning though, never stops. Sometimes my experience is relevant, and other times, I draw up solutions that are completely unique. I enjoy foreseeing things in a project the homeowner hasn’t yet and adding value to their outdoor experience. Outside of work, I’m all about being a dad.

Ben Hale

Project Manager

I’m an open book, a what-you-see-is-what-you-get guy. If I’m not woodworking, I’m growing a mean raspberry bush. I enjoy gardening and building furniture for my family. Even after 15 years as an electrician, I still am most satisfied at the end of a project when I see how satisfied the customer is at the final walk-through. PCF employs great people so it makes work more enjoyable.

Aaron Motter

Journeyman

I served as a Lance Corporal in the Marines. I love bass fishing in my ’77 15-foot MirroCraft. And, really, I just love to work. I love what I do and I take a lot of pride in it. In the military, I embraced the values of honor, courage, and commitment and bring that to my work daily at PCF. I enjoy performing custom work and accept challenges from the uniqueness that every project brings.

Donald Byham

Journeyman

I could be the GOAT at video games, but I listened to my dad who wanted me to work in a trade. I’ve been an electrician for almost 10 years. Being a gamer and an electrician go hand-in-hand because I naturally see patterns, enjoy problem-solving and logical thinking. PCF brings variety to my everyday work and the people I interact with are just really cool people.

Asencion Tellez

Electrical Apprentice

You can call me “Ace.” I’m a grease monkey, originally from Maryland. If I’m not working on cars, I’m probably fishing or hiking. I’ve lost over 100 pounds. Setting goals and achieving them give me a strong sense of accomplishment. At PCF, my boss’s perfectionism and work energy fuel me to learn daily.

Chris Kehne

Electrical Apprentice

I might break out my spandex to go biking with you if you can help me convert an old pickup truck to an electric ride. I’m green-minded. I was a solar installer and get jazzed about electrical conversions. As an electrician, not one day is the same. I add humor to my every day, adding levity to PCF and our team-oriented environment.

Jeff Powell

Electrical Apprentice

Something new happens each day at work, which helps keep this job so exciting! I love working with my hands and the sense of accomplishment at the end of a day is like none other. I love working on old cars in my spare time and enjoy playing strategy games. I strive to see life half-full and surprise people with my bank of knowledge for random historical facts.

Eli Collins

Electrical Apprentice

I enjoy problem-solving. Skateboarding and working on cars are my outlets, but my favorite time is dirt biking with my 5-year-old daughter. I started off in landscaping and found my passion in electrical. The money is good, the work is challenging, and I won’t break my back doing it. Friendliness goes a long way and that’s what I love about PCF. We’re family-oriented here, warm and welcoming.

Seth Eide

Electrical Apprentice

Sticks and stones look like a table to me. I like math and working with my hands. Metal fabrication and wood-working are my outlets. I love learning new skillsets to then apply practically. At PCF, the learning is endless and everyone’s included in the process. I love how our founder will relate high-level business topics and simplify them to concepts within our own homes.

Teegen Hudson

Electrical Apprentice

Diligence and responsibility don’t scare me. In fact, electrical work demands both and it brings me joy to see it all come to fruition. I earned a work vehicle quickly, which is pretty stinkin’ cool for me. At PCF, there’s always something new to learn and people aren’t shy to come alongside and help.

Chris Hale

Chris Hale

Electrical Apprentice

I enjoy seeing my work come to fruition. I take pride in doing things right the first time. I’m a good listener. I love to beatbox and play video games. I was an Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts of America. I’ve completed a 50-mile bike ride. I’m energetic, fun-loving, and hard working.

Angel Martinez

Angel Martinez

Apprentice

I’ve been working in this industry with my dad since I was 12. I have countless memories working hard, but having fun with my dad. Concrete and finishing work are familiar to me, but I must say, demolition days are my favorite. Diligence and responsibility are key attributes for success in this industry and I’m proud to say these values have been instilled in me. I enjoy working with my hands, and love seeing a project come to life!

I rock climb and travel extensively. I ball room dance. I show dogs. I have the #1 female Pharaoh Hound in the world named Stormy. I’ve been in finance my entire career and have the unique ability to inspire people to collaborate, be invested into their idea and execute it. At PCF, work isn’t mundane. You’re invited to bring ideas to the table, feel challenged and valued.

Alec Sutton

CAD Manager

I’m originally from Illinois. I was a theater student, but have a degree in scenic design. I’ve got a keen sense for detail and have a niche for finding imperfections in technical drawings. You can find me in my office laughing with our team often. Thankfully, my love for hiking is a good compromise to being an avid foodie.

Codee Allen

Content Marketing Manager

I grew up doing construction with my dad and eventually found PCF. I love it here because the people are awesome. I’ve made my way up through the company by being diligent and dedicated to what I do and have a marketing background, which led me to my current position. I love capturing our clients’ reaction at the end of their project. It’s important to be open and honest with our clients, and I believe we excel at that in this industry. I don’t think anyone can beat us in that category.

Kevin Williams

Internal Recruiter

I’m down-to-earth, adaptable, and can communicate complex things simply. I love traveling with my 16-year-old basketball-playing son, especially while hoping he can pay his own way to college. I take pride in my job knowing that I’m supported to interact with our customers with transparency and integrity.

Jessica Larsson

Permit Tech

I’m simple and easy-going. What you see is what you get. I journey through life with my husband and 3 kids in an even-keel, consistent pattern. I’ve been a teacher for years, so supporting something of value comes natural to me. I love the heart of PCF. Integrity and diligence are how I contribute to the heartbeat of PCF to keep the flow consistent and healthy.

David Hernandez

Human Resources Specialist

The glass is half-full to me. I pursue life with musical zest and a can-do mentality, which has landed me with an eclectic job history from a bought-out online Candy Company, Uber driver, to a state of WA employee. Not to mention, my viral YouTube channel of 200 subscribers! I love the people at PCF. It’s a drama-free zone. I know I’m in the right place when I’m doing work and it doesn’t feel like work.

Ari Fernando

CAD Designer

I’ve been a CAD designer my entire career. I geek out on the programming side of drafting—Luminar, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max and a host of others. I enjoy PC-gaming. When my brain needs a break from custom precision drafting, my boss might find me playing an RPG adventure or tactical game—a hobby that sharpens my skillsets.

Fedra Meza

Fedra Meza

Bookkeeper

Me encanta mi familia y mi trabajo. I’ll say it in Spanish just because I can. I love spending time with my two kids and watching my husband play soccer. The best part of my work is getting the job done. At PCF, everyone’s a team player. We take care of each other and our customers. They’re all about the people.

Cami Benway

Cami Benway

Accountant Manager

I love learning and the feeling of accomplishment. I’m passionate about my horses and compete in dressage competitions with a few national titles under my belt. You’ll find me gardening and enjoying the outdoors often. PCF fits me because of the schedule flexibility and how tight knit it is.

Jaws Michlein

Project Specialist

If you like gaming and tequila, I’m your friend. I’m detail-oriented and thrive in problem-solving. During my free-time, I’m developing software or creating 3D animation. I love my job because it presents new challenges every day and I come home knowing I’ve contributed to solving the problem.

Dajana Estrella

Customer Experience Rep

Having been a teacher for 7 years, I’ve learned to be positive and friendly. I’m eager to learn and to help others. Being a single mom of 2 keeps me busy, but I’ll never turn down dancing or hiking. Our company has an uplifting, family-friendly vibe that supports my job in bringing excellence to customer service.

Nhally Hing

Customer Experience Rep

I’m positive, charismatic, and empathetic. I’m a power-lifter. While I like to challenge myself physically, I love to escape musically—Thai rap is one of my favs. I love our company culture. They find your passion and gifts and somehow find ways to support and improve it.

Bobby Shankle

Bobby Shankle

Jr CAD Designer

I nearly lost my life at age 20, so I’m just thankful to be alive, every day. My father had a construction business, so I grew up in this industry. I have an Associates in Architectural Technology and certified in Revit and AutoCAD. Outside of work, I enjoy working on cars, photography, cooking, and just spending time with my family, friends, and dogs.

Alfonso Leos

Alfonso Leos

I was an electrician for many years and bring my experience to any project that I can add value to. I’m gentle and love helping support the team at PCF in whatever capacity I can. It is a very welcoming and encouraging work environment to be a part of and always brings me joy to be a part of something that is making a difference in someone’s family.

Shelby Coe

Shelby Coe

Customer Experience Rep

I’m certified in Positive Attitude. Family and hiking are my passions; so much so, my son’s name is Summit. His challenging premature birth, weighing at 1.9 lbs fueled my perseverant character as we both became Nicu warriors. I’m passionate about customer service, and can relate with people’s emotions while looking at the glass half-full.

Toni Beckvold

Toni Beckvold

Human Resources

Having been a Real Estate Broker for my husband’s company for over 25 years, residential construction is where I feel most at home. I have worked as an Interior Business Manager and an HR Manager within the construction industry and have SHRM and PHR certifications. I see things glass half-full and am able to remain objective and impartial in any scenario. I love spending time with my family and friends and doing anything outdoors with them is when I am happiest.

Bobby Shankle

Tara Kaddoura

Permit Manager

I’m a fast-learner, adaptable, and communicative, which has helped me achieve my career goals over the past few years. I’ve touched permits for Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T, and Ziply Fiber. I enjoy working at PCF because it expands my knowledge of construction and permitting to the residential side. Nothing makes me more motivated than seeing a happy homeowner with their new outdoor living space and knowing I had a hand in making their dreams come true.

Shelby Bassett

Shelby Bassett

Bookkeeper

I enjoy my mountain home watching wildlife, fishing, gardening, and just enjoying nature. I fell into bookkeeping accidentally about 15 years ago but came to love it! I’ve been a military wife with children for over 25 years. Mic drop. ‘Nuff said.

Bobby Shankle

Jessica Garcia

Executive Assistant

My love for the construction industry stems from my youth. My father was a General Contractor and I always loved going to job sites with him, seeing the intricacies involved into building structures and watching projects come together. I enjoy building and refining systems, graphic design, and comprehending what people are trying to communicate and turning that into a deliverable. Outside of work, crafting, gardening, adventuring, and reading comic books are my pleasures.

Shelby Coe

Spencer Keller

Video Editor

I’m easy-going, focused, and creative, which is why I’m pretty good at making lower budget narrative films, playing guitar, and creating music. I’ve done video work for Investigation Discovery, Netflix, Sleep Foundation, and Chick-fil-A and love that I’ve landed with PCF full-time. I enjoy spending time with my wife and puppy, traveling, and being a foodie. You may find my work online, as I’ve been lucky to receive a couple festival awards with some of my personal narrative film work.

Logan Lee

Logan Lee

Structural Engineer

Construction has always been intriguing to me and by working at PCF, I’m able to continue expanding my knowledge in structural engineering. I’m a licensed Professional Engineer and have also held positions as a waste/wastewater engineer, metal fabricator, and commercial roofer. I’m laid back and easy going. Mountain biking and skiing are my escapes.

Jonatan Martinez

Jonatan Martinez

Creative, kind, assertive, and playful are how my family would describe me. Family time is my favorite. I enjoy playing music, going to concerts, making art, learning new things, and hiking. As a child, moving to a different country was challenging but has helped me to work with different types of people and to fuel a harmonious environment. My dad is an architect, so this field is comfortable for me.

Tyler Graves

Tyler Graves

Jr CAD Designer

I was always the creative kid, so a career in drafting isn’t all too shocking. Learning about new techniques for 3D modeling is fun for me. I began at Omega Engineering learning about drainage and municipal codes for different counties, but once I started to dabble with AutoCAD, I changed careers. I’m grateful to have found one that I genuinely enjoy. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing and paddleboarding. I was bait for drafting and I haven’t regretted it since.

Chelsea Thompson

Chelsea Thompson

Social Media Specialist

I’m magnanimous, happy, and tenacious. I graduated with a Theatre and Business degree and quickly learned that no artistic skill can truly be a career without knowing how to run the business behind it. Learning how to use social media became a tool that perfectly interlaced the two. Leveraging my skillsets with social media and the construction industry excites me to help advance PCF to the next level of thrive.

Allison Anaka

I’m a construction worker’s daughter. Blue collar life is in my blood! I’m resilient, charismatic, and ambiguous. In college, I won a graphic design scholarship, which is my hidden talent. I’m passionate about helping people. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I find joy in helping client dreams come true. I’ve completed a craft apprenticeship program in concrete construction, which led me to own and operate my own decorative concrete business. Sales leadership and business management have been integral parts of my career—experience that helps create an optimal product.

Cary White

I’m a man-child. I wakeboard on Lake Washington. I’m a black diamond skier. I’m a competitive tennis player. I’ve been selling door-to-door since I was 15 years old. I was a professional male model and actor in Asia through my 20’s. I’ve been a mortgage broker and public speaker for Amway. I work for my kids and my property. I love to work hard and play hard. I beat cancer and it was PCF that gave me the zest I needed to aspire for the next day.

Dustin Dietzman

Tyler Baxter

I grew up around the construction industry, but my passion was for electrical. In the early 2000s, I started my own electrical company. After 14 years in business, I sold my company and moved to Costa Rica with my wife and 3 kids. For 6 years, we enjoyed the culture, the surf, and the jungle. Now that I live in the Pacific Northwest, I’m happy to be back at it again, helping people create cool outdoor spaces to make memories with their own families!

Ashton Walters

The thing I love doing most is working with my hands through the crafts of woodworking and painting. I am most proud of weathering through the death of my father and taking over his hospitality business with my sister – it taught me resilience, patience, and hard work. Something I do well is combine humor with empathy for the people in my life, as well as new people I meet. I grew up around the construction industry with my step-father owning his own roofing business. Combining those familiar ties with my passion for customer experience aligns well with my future goals within PCF.

Cameron Formanczyk

Helping people is the reason I chose PCF. I am an outgoing musician and husband who has changed gears to pursue a career in the construction industry. I have always been around construction and acquired many skills over the years as my father was a superintendent for two decades. Watching a project from start to finish and seeing the reaction of a happy customer is what drives me in this industry.

Camden Dowhower

My dad worked construction for 40 years, so it’s kind of been in the family. I’ve been a Carpenter Apprentice and Home Remodel Design Consultant. When working at Enterprise in 2019, I was part of a team that won top sales branch in the country. Being a sales person in this industry has helped me to be persistent, calm, and reflective. Outside of work, backpacking makes me happy.
